BOUND training is a 45 minute to one-hour workout session that features high-intensity cardio, core, muscle-sculpting strength training and functional conditioning. Our workout features our specialized Burn, Boost and Blend sessions. Our instructors are there to inspire, support and guide you to reach your personal best. We sweat, smash and recover, together. We are a community.
Our cardiovascular and bodyweight movement class. BOUNDBURN classes are designed to increase stamina, burn calories, strengthen your core and engage your full body. Your lungs should be working, heart rate high and stability tested. It’s a great work out to rid you of calories, burn fat and improve your balance.
STRENGTH & MUSCLE
Our strength, resistance and muscle conditioning based classes. BOUNDBOOST classes will sculpt, tone and improve your athletic abilities. These workouts will build quality lean muscle by using fundamental strength movements for visible results and a healthy physique.
COMBINATION – FUNDAMENTALS
A mixture of cardio, core, strength and functional movement patterns that focuses on your overall performance and abilities. BOUNDBLEND classes will test your athletic ability, endurance, strength and will power. A quality hybrid session, to keep your body guessing.
